And the very best thing about this brick chicken recipe from Potlikker's Liza Queen is that you don't even need a brick. You will probably need a chicken, however.

RECIPE: Brick Chicken

You don't need much more than that—some fat, some seasoning—and Liza says that you can swap out any of the pan sauce ingredients except for the butter.

But we'd say you could swap in Nonna Marijuana's weed butter and really make contact with the spirit world—no Long Island Mediums required.
