On the list of Extremely Bad Ideas, snorting three rails of cocaine before heading off to a meeting is topped only by filming yourself snorting three lines of cocaine before heading off to a meeting and sending it to someone. That last sentence exists courtesy of now former offensive line coach for the Miami Dolphins, Chris Foerster. According to a report from the Miami New Times, Foerster apparently sent the video to an ex-girlfriend named Kijuana Nige at some point and she then put him on blast on Facebook on Sunday. After the post, which has since been deleted, went viral, Nige responded to the people flooding her feed and offered a bit of explanation for why she decided to do it:

So quick to make excuses for him but will roast a minority player over an athem, dog fights, weed, domestic issues etc.
Nige was responding to reports that Dolphins owner Stephen Ross had flipped his stance on players protesting the anthem and head coach Adam Gase would not allow players to kneel before yesterday's game against the Tennessee Titans. Miami wide receiver Kenny Stills, who has been protesting by taking a knee and has also worn an "I'm With Kap" shirt to support Colin Kaepernick, told reporters: "We were told to either stand for the anthem or stay in the locker room."As a result of the video going public, Foerster offered his resignation and the Dolphins accepted. But y'all keep saying ALL LIVES MATTER STFU
Foerster has been coaching in the NFL for 34 years—chances he has a job again before Kaepernick? Don't bet against it.
