Kavita Goodstar is the co-founder of "Street Food Thursday" at Markthalle 9—Berlin's first real attempt to open its borders to the world of food truck cuisine/international street food, located in a former market in Kreuzberg. Kavita and her friends set out to convince us that Kantstrasse Street offers the best Asian cuisine in town.After a visit to "Papaya," a Thai restaurant that specializes in food from the North, they moved on to Lon Men's —a family-run, hand-pulled Taiwanese noodle house. After some chili wontons drowned in a secret sauce the owner won't reveal, they offered the guests some shots of a strong mystery schnapps.
