Throughout the evening in this picturesque coastal region, Raj takes our tastebuds on a journey around the world: grapes from Burgundy, grilled avocados and fresh wasabi from California, Mexican-inspired kati rolls from India, and 80-year-old apple brandy from Normandy. And as a bonus, he manages to make road sodas classy.

We lost count of how many bottles of wine were consumed that night, but one thing is for sure: Raj knows his way around this valley.
