READ: 'My Job Is to Match People Up for Threesomes'Millennials may not be fucking, but they are having threesomes—or at least considering them, because that's the sole purpose of 3nder, a "Tinder for threesomes" app currently locked in a legal battle with its spiritual predecessor, Tinder.According to legal documents obtained by Gizmodo, Tinder is reportedly crying trademark infringement on 3nder for having too similar a name to its dating service. Tinder also recently announced a new Tinder Social feature, which seems to be its own attempt at group sex networking.3nder—which, according to the company can be pronounced "threender," "three-ender," "thrinder," or just about any which way you want—has pointed out that the two companies are actually really different, saying, "Tinder is ugly, 3nder is not;" "3nder is awesome, Tinder is not;" and "3nder is inclusive of the entire official sexual spectrum: 23 sexual identities recognized today."3nder is clearly trying really hard to be punk rock about the whole thing and even launched a #TinderSuckMySocks campaign on Instagram, which confusingly urges people to send their dirty socks to Tinder as a way of supporting the threesome app.All the legal stuff is still in the works, but at this point Tinder is pretty much demanding a name change, and 3nder is "not caving to [Tinder's] demands." Get your threesomes in now, before Tinder sues the app into oblivion.
