Releasing almost definitely two of last year's finest works of experimental R&B in the forms of EP2 and no world respectively, FKA Twigs and inc. have come together for 'FKA x inc.'. The track's overbearing backing bears trademarks of each outfit's signature sound, with the smoke-laden chords of the Aged brothers almost soothing the listener to sleep before being underpinned by the same distorted kicks and skittering flourishes that made Twigs' previous work with Arca so great.Add to this yearning dual vocal harmonies and a typically skewed video - co-directed by Nick Walker and FKA Twigs - and you have a collaboration so soothing it could rock you to sleep itself, if it wasn't ever so slightly unsettling.The single is available now via Young Turks on iTunes, and available to pre-order as a limited edition 7" at their official site.
