It's summer. It's hot outside. You want a popsicle, you want booze, and you want some coconut. It's the most normal craving ever, and you've earned it.

But who says those wonderful things have to be separate? We here at MUNCHIES have taken it upon ourselves to find you a recipe that condenses the best parts of summer into stick form.

La Newyorkina's has exactly what we were looking for. We got our grubby hands on their Fresh Coconut Ice Pops recipe—a collaboration with the MP Shift and David Selig—and recreated all of its tropical, boozy fun in our test kitchen.

MAKE IT: Fresh Coconut Ice Pops

Everything you need is already in your pantry; you're just going to need one whole coconut and your favorite rum or coconut liqueur, if you really want to turbocharge this popsicle with tropical vibes. Either way, we can guarantee that you've never had a popsicle that tastes like this.

Think of it as a piña colada on a stick.
