Ewan Pearson's New NTEIBINT Remix is an Eight Minute Joyride

The legendary remixer's given a Greek producer a new lease of life and you can hear it right here.

Greek producer George Bakalakos struts through life under the name NTEIBINT which must feel pretty good. While he's not saying his name over and over in front of the mirror, he's making deep and dubby electropop. Tomorrow sees the release of his latest EP—Hide In—on seminal Belgian impront Eskimo Recordings and it is a doozy.

Featuring the vocal talents of fellow Greek Stella, it's a balmy slice of early-evening cocktail-house that'll have you daydreaming about yearning after the imagined object of your affections. And he's got the legendary Ewan Pearson to hand in a pair of remixes.

Given that Pearson's one of the finest remixers in the world, it's no surprise that he's turned in yet another classic. It feels like just yesterday he blessed us with an immaculate re-rub of Rosie Lowe's "Worry Bout Us," and here we are, savouring every last second of a typically classy refix. Rolling out luxuriously over eight languid minutes, Pearson pairs an acid house bassline with disco strings, a cheeky cowbell, thunder claps, and pretty much everything but the kitchen sink. That might be in there too, mind.

The result is one of those records that'll nestle in any respectable DJs bag for months to come. Check it out exclusively here on THUMP right now.
