Jean Cohen, who owns the lovely restaurants Bandol Sur Mer and 3 Minutes Sur Mer, and his carnivorous friends eat their way through Berlin—and through a lot of meat, namely blood sausage, foie gras, pork confit, deer a la bourguignon, pork belly, pork sandwiches, Texas-style ribs, pastrami, brisket, and bacon.And this was only devoured at two restaurants, Lamazere and Chicago Williams.
