Cook Your Pork in More Pork

As the trio of mice in the movie Babe once said, "Pork is a nice, sweet meat." And although the eponymous pig of the film was spared, the mice were right.

It is with this in mind that Daniel Eddy of Rebelle came up with Pigs in a Garden, a dish that surrounds a perfectly cooked pork tenderloin in the lovely, fatty juice of bacon lardons and a slew of summer vegetables. It's rich, but light; savory, but packed with fresh herbs. And the best part of all is that it's stealthily a one-pot dinner.
