Our friends over at Collectively have just released their first documentary, America's Shrinking Farms, wherein host Charlet Duboc (as also seen on MUNCHIES) travels across the US to meet with some of the pioneers who are working to change the system for the better and explore surprising ways to improve our approach to food production, from insect protein to plant-based meats. Charlet braves her way through cricket sausages, beefless burgers, and more personally sample some of the savory ways that we can reduce our footprint on the planet while improving our collective health.
