    Born and raised in London, Lee travelled extensively before starting a career in cooking in his mid twenties. He spent a decade under the watchful eyes of Fergus Henderson and Trevor Gulliver at the now-legendary London restaurant St. John, moving on later to St. John Bread & Wine, where he became the head chef from 2011–2013. Now, he's pursuing his own style of cooking. Lee's love of food and travel continue to take him around the world, collaborating with chefs and friends as a cook, writer, and student.
