Sous-Vide Pot Butter

Pot butter just got a lot more interesting.
Sous-Vide Pot Butter Recipe

Ingredients

15 g weed

250 ml water

450 g unsalted butter, chopped into pieces

Directions

1. In a blender, puree the weed and water. Pour the mixture into a mason jar, making sure to get all product out of the blender. Add the chopped butter and seal the jar.

2. Place the tightly sealed jar in a water bath and cook it just below boiling for 8 hours, refilling the water bath as needed. Strain and let cool. The solidified butter will separate to the top. Remove for use.
