The Rose of Sharon

You can drink makgeolli straight from the bottle, or your can do it up fancy with soju and fruit wine in this recipe from JUNGSIK.

Ingredients

2 oz makgeolli

1 1/2 oz soju

1/4 oz sour mix

3/4 oz bokbunja (Korean fruit wine made from raspberries)

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients except bokbunja and stir with ice. Strain into a martini glass.

2. Pour in the bokbunja last, and stir after it's all settled to the bottom.
