Chef Konstantin Filippou of Vienna takes us out for a night filled with "salami" wine, sushi, lamb lungs, and classic Greek saganaki.
On this episode of Chef's Night Out, Konstantin Filippou, chef at fine dining restaurant/wine bar O boufés, takes us out for an unforgettable night on the town in Vienna. He kicks off the evening in his kitchen, where Filippou serves duck liver parfait with red beets and black currants. Before the sun sets, the chef heads out on the town with some friends to the second district to have glazed ribs and "salami" wine at Mochi, followed by a visit to Filippou's friend, Christian Petz's restaurant, a traditional Viennese establishment that serves one of the best innards you can find. Before the entire crew returns to O boufés to feast on some hearty saganaki, they take a quick detour to a very small bar that is still a well-kept secret.
