Make Meyhem Lauren's Shrimp Parm on Steroids

Kick your shrimp parm up a notch.

Let's be honest, cooking isn't really that hard. If you want something delicious, just toss it in breading, fry it up, and cover it in tomato sauce and cheese. It works with just about anything: chicken, eggplant, an old shoe.

But if you really want some next level shit, make Meyhem Lauren's shrimp parmesan on steroids. Because, shrimp. Parm. Sauce. ON STEROIDS. What could be better.

Don't worry, "steroids" is just Meyhem's way of saying, "shrimp parm kicked up." That means plenty of cayenne pepper and chili flakes, fresh and dried oregano (dried because Meyhem doesn't "want to completely give up on past life"), and some damn good sauce, because "if the sauce isn't up to par, the dish isn't up to par."

The key to this recipe is not going overboard with the breading—just a light flaky coating, so you can still taste the shrimp. Sure, you could make this recipe with just about anything and it would be delicious, but this is one that's near and dear to Meyhem, so don't go messing with his past life.
