Some things are meant to be eaten sloppily off a piece of parchment paper. To put said things on a plate, or, god forbid, use silverware, would be blasphemy. Case in point: grilled lamb patties stuffed into a pita and doused with creamy, yogurt sauce. It's the dreamiest street food, best enjoyed after a night of drinking.

The bad news: summer's coming to an end, and the days of tipsy streets eats will soon be behind us. The idea of going out in the cold will be daunting enough—there's no chance in hell you're going to be stuffing your face in the great outdoors, no matter how many liquid layers you've packed on at the bar.

Now you don't have to meander around in the frigid night air looking for a street cart, following the scent of grilled meats like a drug dog. These wraps are so easy, even Drunk You can make them. Yogurt sauce ingredients get tossed in the food processor, quick lamb patties and pitas get thrown on the grill, and all that's left is assembly.
