Make Mario Batali's Ribollita, the Easy Italian Comfort Food Dish

Spoon this comforting vegetable dish over a thick piece of toast along with some grated Parmesan, and you'll be as happy as Action and Missy are when drinking some very nice Italian wine.

Well, we've reached the last episode in the first season of MOLTISSIMO, our cooking show with Mario Batali.

For our final installment, we hang with Fuck, That's Delicious host Action Bronson and Brooklyn chef Missy Robbins. Mario styles up his friends with ribollita, a stew made with cannellini beans, crushed tomato, and chard; and arista Toscana, a bone-in pork loin studded with garlic and roasted over onions.

Ribollita is the perfect antidote to winter chill. Spoon it over a thick piece of toast along with some grated Parmesan, and you'll be as happy as Action and Missy are when drinking some of that very nice Italian wine.

Plus, this dish is vegetarian and frankly, pretty damn healthy. How's that for Italian hospitality?
