When Abdullah Saeed visited Colorado for Bong Appetit he was treated to a four-course weed feast courtesy of Jessica Catalano, the brains behind the Ganja Kitchen Revolution.At 9,000 feet above sea level, it's safe to say that Saeed had never gotten that high that high before, and it was all thanks to the "cooking oils" prepared by Catalano. The main course and highlight of that meal was a baked Italian eggplant dish that looks old-school, but has a decidedly modern twist that reflects cannabis law reform.
