Lemongrass and Peach Sour Fizz Cocktail Recipe

Shrubs are good for you, so you could say this cocktail is, too.

Makes 1 cocktail

Ingredients

2 ounces lemongrass Shochu
1 1/4 ounce peach shrub
1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
1 egg white
soda water
red shiso, to garnish

Directions

Place the Shochu, shrub, lime juice, and egg white in a cocktail shaker. Cover and shake vigorously until frothy. Add ice and shake until the shaker is really fucking cold. Double strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with soda water and garnish with the shiso leaf. Add more shrub if you like!
