OK, we get it. It's the future, and everyone's whizzing around on hoverboards and your phone can do your laundry and soon we'll all just be virtual reality sexbots. But not everything has to change. Nor should it.

Stuffed mushrooms, which might seem like a blast from the past that aunt would pass around while her friends played Twister on a shag carpet in 1978, are an easy, delicious delight that deserve a little more play from our post-Breaking Bad generation.

Cook the mushroom stems with garlic and shallots, then mix them with breadcrumbs, parsley, mint, and grated pecorino. Fill your mushroom caps, bake them, and feed them to each other like swingers. This is great finger food. Oh yes.
