MUNCHIES Is Launching the Only Food Hall You'll Ever Need

We want you to eat what we want to eat.

If your idea of innovative mall cuisine is the cryogenic encapsulated ice cream sold at Dippin' Dots, brace yourselves. As part of the 4.5 million square-feet of shopping and entertainment coming to the American Dream mall by the Meadowlands in New Jersey next spring, MUNCHIES is curating a food hall featuring the kind of cuisine people actually seek out (no offense, Sbarro.)

American Dream is not the mall of your youth. In addition to shopping, the sprawling North Jersey complex will include a 12-story indoor ski hill, the world’s largest indoor water park, a Ferris wheel, and a “4-D” movie theater. Basically: visitors will be working up an appetite.

The 38,000 square-foot food hall is a chance for visitors to interact with MUNCHIES offline. Analog (a.k.a. real life) content will include events, MUNCHIES merchandise, demos from visiting chefs, and, of course, a lot of food. Eighteen vendors will translate the MUNCHIES ideology to something you can actually eat, carefully selected by same editorial voices that you know and trust. We want you to eat what we want to eat.

If you're reading this, it's probably because you love food as much as we do. And while it's cool to read about food, it's pretty clear there's no better way to experience it than with your own tastebuds. This spring, do something nice for your 'buds and take them to the MUNCHIES Food Hall.
