Tasting food professionally sounds pretty cool on paper, but the reality is that like any job, it can become repetitive and numbing after a while. Pickles, ice cream, or weed edibles are all awesome intermittently, but having to eat them every single day is not for the meek.

That being said, if there is one daily food that doesn't get boring—even after 25 years, for some—it's pizza. And now, thanks to Bath Pizza Co. in the city of Bath, England, one lucky person out there will be paid to be a professional pizza taster.

Under a recent job vacancy posting for "Pizza Taster," Bath Pizza says they're currently looking for "an experienced pizza connoisseur with a love for wood fired flavours" [sic] to sample unreleased pizzas and provide constructive criticism to their chefs. "You'll have a cultured palate and be able to feedback your professional opinion to our head chef and you'll have the chance to try each of our pizzas and influence our menu," the post states.

Bath Pizza is sparing no expense in their quest for a "real pizza lover" and will even foot the bill for travel, extending their search far beyond the rolling hills of South West England; "Location doesn't matter. We'll even cover your travel costs—flights, train fares, fuel—for the right candidate." They will also promise a "competitive" salary with "serious pizza perks."

As far as job requirements go, they're pretty broad; the ideal candidate is expected to be knowledgeable, as in, "You'll know a Margherita from a Marinara"; a be a good communicator who can offer smart feedback for the company's chef; to have a "cultured palate," whatever that means; and to be passionate "about all things pizza."

If this sounds like you, all you have to do is fill out this form and pray to the pizza gods. That being said, don't quit your day job, as the position is part-time and limited to two hours per week.
