Ingredients

2 ounces Plymouth Gin
1/2 ounce Yellow Chartreuse
1/4 ounce Maraska Maraschino Liqueur
1/4 ounce orange juice
4 dashes house Peychaud’s Bitters (see note in recipe)
Directions
1. Stir all ingredients over ice, then strain into a coupe. No garnish.
NOTE: To make house Peychaud’s Bitters, mix 2 parts Peychaud’s Bitters with 1 part Bitter Truth Creole Bitters.
